Pattern info 

This design is a collaboration with SnailYarn.
Valentina of SnailYarn and I met in Germany at Wollfest Hamburg 2016, while chatting and laughing we spontaneously got the idea to collaborate. This is the result.

Ciao! is a cozy cowl, seamlessly worked in the round with columns of cables and eyelets.
The pattern is fully written with stitch count and is also charted. A photo tutorial is provided too.

Yarn

2 skeins of SnailYarn merino DK (100% extrafine Merino SW, 115 gr-230m/251yds).
Sample yardage 500yds/457m in color Cloud.

Materials

24” (minimum 60 cm) circular needle or straight needles. 
US 7 (4.5 mm)
Stitch marker, cable needle, tapestry needle.

Gauge - blocked 4" (10 cm) 

Cable pattern, 23 stitches x 34 rounds. 
Gauge is not that crucial but will affect final size and yardage.

Finished dimensions 

Approx 25.6” (65 cm) circumference, x 18“ (45 cm) height.

Different sizes and fits can also be achieved by altering yarn weight and/or needle size(s).
